Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Nuets application (the "Application" or "Nuets") created by Malthe Hartmann (the "Developer", "us", or "we").

By accessing and using Nuets, you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Application.

We may modify these Terms at any time and any such modification will be effective immediately upon publication.

Nuets Pro Subscription

Nuets Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited watchlists, watchlist sharing with friends and family, and supports the continued development of Nuets.

Subscription options

• Nuets Pro (Monthly) — $2.99 per month, renews every month.
• Nuets Pro (Yearly) — $19.99 per year, renews every year. Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Auto-renewing subscription terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the cost of the selected package.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Third-Party Sites

Nuets may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by the Developer. The Developer has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Intellectual Property

Nuets and its content — including graphics, user interface, audio clips, video, editorial content, and software — contain proprietary information and material that is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including copyright.

You may not use this material except for personal, non-commercial use of Nuets in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Nuets is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Movie and TV show data, including release dates, availability, and metadata, is provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate or up to date. Streaming availability is subject to change at the discretion of the respective providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Nuets.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Nuets without notice and without liability if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Nuets at any time and delete your account from within the application.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be brought before the ordinary Danish courts.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify the Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of Nuets after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
