Igor Chekhov (real name and surname - Yegor Kozlikin) was born in the city of Smorgon, Grodno region, Byelorussian SSR. At school, he actively performed in KVN, becoming the team captain in the 9th grade. Graduated from the Stavropol State Agrarian University, specializing in mechanical engineering. Performed in the university KVN team, where he was also chosen as the team captain and met his future permanent partner Mikhail Kukota. Later, Chekhov, together with Kukota, went to St. Petersburg, where he received a second higher education at the State Academy of Theater Arts. The showmen's first performance in the stand-up format took place in 2008, after which the duo got into Comedy Petersburg.
