Kotaro Shiga (志賀廣太郎, Shiga Kōtarō, August 31, 1948 – April 20, 2020) was a Japanese actor and theater educator who was active since the 1990s until around 2020. Kotaro was born in Hyogo, Japan. He was a part-time lecturer at Toho Gakuen College of Art, majoring in theater. He was a member of Japanese theater company Seinen-dan (青年団). He was affiliated with l'être.
