He has also acted in movies, including April Story (1998), Ashura (2005), and The Samurai I Loved (2005). He is a well-known kabuki actor. Stage names: Matsumoto Kōshirō X, Ichikawa Somegorō VII, Matsumoto Kintarō III. Other name: Matsumoto Kinshō. Real name: Fujima Terumasa. 1978: he makes his first appearance on stage at the Kabukiza, receiving the name of Matsumoto Kintarō III.
