Her real name is Minako. She was born in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture. She began her modeling career under the name Yuka Kuramochi (倉持 結香) with Tokyo Zukan at the age of 13. In 2011, she changed her name to Yuka Kuramochi (倉持 由香) and joined G.P.R.
