"Evil ninja leader Victor steals the coveted black ninja warrior from Charles but gets wounded in the process. Taking refuge at his friend Roger's house, his authority is challenged by a young man named Jimmy who has come to avenge his father's murder. Victor sends his henchmen after Jimmy, however Charles comes to his aid.
