Among the inmates is Chamundi, a man whose tragic past still casts a long shadow. In the nearby village of Allikkulam, a young man named Manickam falls in love with Kokila, sparking jealousy in a rival suitor. A heated confrontation leads to Manickam’s imprisonment, bringing him under Raghavan’s watchful eye.
