Junior (Dean Paul) is back and he’s out for revenge against the prostitutes he blames for his mother’s death! Real life sisters Sandra Kennedy and Jessica LeMonte play hookers Debbie and Pam, respectively. Charlie forces them to play his twisted game of riddles and bobbing for gattacks. Each time he gives a riddle, Pam must answer it or Debbie will be electrocuted. And then Debbie must bob for gattacks and retrieve them from the bottom of the tub or her friend will be strangled. Charlie then visits a house of prostitution and murders the madame (Ilona Kovacs) and waits for two of her call girls (CJ DiMarsico and Lora Renee Miller) in order to continue his revenge.

Junior continues his rampage against the hookers he blames for his mother´s death! He completes his mission against the two call girls (CJ DiMarsico and Lora Renee Miller) from Part 1. And then he arranges to meet a hooker played by Veronika Blu. Veronika plays twins, Tina and Mia, one a bad girl and the other a good girl, both of whom encounter Charlie and don´t live to tell about it. Shannon Albright (previously known as Shannon Guild) guest stars as a beautiful woman seeking plastic surgery, but she chooses the wrong doctor in Junior and pays the price with a horrible death! Will anything stop Charlie´s rampage?
